What should be learned first before doing Catia, SolidWorks or AutoCad?

Go for Autocad first, work on 2d problems and then go on to learh 3d modelling softawares like Catia and Inventor.

Didferential calculus, integral calculus, ordinary differential equations, partial differential equations, vector differentiation and integration in vector fields.

In pipe lines, why we always provide a surge tank?

We provide a surge tank because, just in case if someone suddenly closes the outlet valve while the water is flowing through the pipe, it will produce an effect knon as water hammer which will destroy the pipe.
