I have also cleared Level 1 exam (yog parichay) authorised by SNDT university, Mumbai from Janardhan Swami Yogabhyasi Mandal, Ram Nagar, Nagpur. I have conducted online classes for three months and so have sufficient knowledge about zoom, google meet etc. I can speak three languages i.e. Hindi, English, Marathi. I also have been teaching old age people basic mobility exercises.
I have the skills to work on Weight Loss, Improved flexibility, Muscle strength, Improved Balance, Improved focus.
