During my teaching experience, I had the opportunity to work closely with students who were academically behind and required additional support. My role involved identifying their learning gaps, understanding the root causes of their difficulties, and designing simplified, step-by-step lessons to help them build strong foundational skills.

I used a patient and empathetic approach, breaking down complex concepts into small, manageable parts and using practical examples to make learning easier. I also incorporated personalized teaching strategies—such as one-on-one guidance, remedial worksheets, and regular feedback—to help each student progress at their own pace.

Throughout this experience, I learned the importance of flexibility, compassion, and creative teaching methods. Supporting these learners not only improved their confidence and performance but also strengthened my ability to adapt and ensure every student received the attention they needed.
