I am a professional kathak dancer, my first guru was sri.Sankar rakshit and angana joarder and now I am receiving my talim (riyaz) from kathak exponent guru smt.
Alokporna guha. In 2018 I have received the 2nd prize from the dover lane talent search contest, won the first position in both kathak and nazrul
Nritya from sarbabharatiya sangeet and sanskriti parishad. In the field of theatre. I have received the junior scholarship from ccrt (ministry of culture.Govt of
India). In 2019 ,secured first position in kathak dance in classical voice of india organised by sangeet milon in state level and secured first position in the
National level competition of the same organisation.I have also recieved the "Nityashree" award for best performance. I have performed in various festivals
Like the gundecha dance festival,doverlane dance festival,baithaki (kolkata) ,the national music and dance festival,puri etc .In the field of theatre she has performed in various stages of india and bangladesh. Recently I have completed masters in kathak dance (first class) from rabindrabharati university. I provide online kathak classes as well as face to face classes at my home.
