Never tried Yoga before?
Great! Simply come with a willingness to do some yoga and learn from a certified instructor who is an experienced with teaching including international students. Every step will be guided in detail, every class starts with warmup sessions, leading to yoga postures and ends up with relaxation.

In this 60 minute virtual session, you will start from scratch, and learn different yoga postures with its meaning and benefits. And after the session, you’ll receive the details about yoga postures you did over an email which helps you to do it all by yourself.

This experience is great for one-on-one private sessions or maximum 2 !.
About the teacher -
I am from Mysore and live in Austria. I am a certified yoga instructor, yoga therapist & music therapist. I have done learnings on advanced meditation techniques, healing techniques, chakra activation, crystal healing etc..
