All my students find that my coaching style has made them progress well. They are able to speak better and express their thoughts in words appropriately. But nothing happens overnight. At least 6 months coaching is required to be able to make a simple conversation in English with confidence. To help students reach this goal is my expertise in coaching. Throughout life, we are required to manage Time, Task, and People. Managing People is the most difficult of all because each individual has a different personality. While some have an inborn instinct to think right, many need training to think right and act right in situations. Neuro-Linguistic Program sessions are directed to improve people's confidence levels to speak aloud their thoughts with clarity, to say the appropriate things with correct grammar, using the right vocabulary, and speak with a higher degree of assertiveness to create an impact in the mind of the listener. When I started training my Soft-Skill students in the above areas, they were thrilled because none of them KNEW that these above things really matter and that with training their chances of winning situations increase 20 times more. Even while in the midst of the course, they experimented with my methods and found that the application of these produced AMAZING results for them. Well! When one does a good job and gets an appreciation, at that point, he/she feels TOP of the world. THAT is what Soft-Skills training is aimed at. To make students get more occasions to celebrate the TOP of the WORLD feeling. They then write a lovely review about me in the review column and it gives me soul satisfaction too.
