Communication skills cannot be improved overnight. It is a long journey. One has to keep practicing it all along the way. One can do this by speaking in English with everyone who understands English. You can also improve speaking skills by watching English movies with English subtitles, listening to English conversations again and again. You must initially memorize few lengthy sentences and use these in your conversations at opportune moments. Don't hesitate to speak even if yoy may speak incorrectly. You shouldn't feel ashamed or embarassed while practicing any skill including communicating in English. Soon, you will yourself realize that you were better than before and have progressed. This is a continuous ongoing process. You will slip down again if you stop speaking in English for sometime. So keep interacting with people daily and learn one new sentence to use in conversations daily. Before long, you will feel quite comfortable in expressing your thoughts in words using right Grammar and vocabulary. Interesting conversations need intellectual abilities. If you have a ready wit and a good sense of humor you can make conversations interesting. All the best. Believe in yourself and start on the above guidelines. :) read less
