Teaching Experience in detail in Self Defence classes
I am a degree-holding black belt from Combat Martial Art Institute (CCMAI), and have been teaching self-defense at Infant Jesus High School (Jogeshwari) and Airport High School (Vileparle) for CCMAI. I also take personal classes for self-defense. I also take special women self-defense programs for corporate offices. Along with self-defense, we also work on the flexibility and stamina of students.
