I have started teaching from my school itself . I have been Trainer for many software as well as Educational Institutes . I have been teaching for more than 15+ years .Teaching not only students but for IT Professionals gives me immense inner satisfaction. I have transformed lot of students an i am proud of my teaching skills . I believe teaching is an art which every knowledgeable does not possess. I am thankful to god for giving me such a beautiful skill. I have worked with so many organisation but math provide me so much inner peace which i can't express in words . I believe you can not teach a kid with stick or force some sort of compulsion . i am totally against hitting a kid but yes sometimes you need to put up some pressure to get the best output from any individual be it a 15 year old kid or 40 years old employee, that is a natural phenomena , without which you can't move a head in life.
