Suman

I am a passionate and dedicated Yoga Teacher with over 10 years of experience in practicing and teaching yoga. My journey in yoga has been shaped by my training and work with Shri Ambika Yogaashram, where I gained a deep understanding of traditional yogic practices, breathing techniques, and holistic wellness.

Over the years, I have successfully taught and guided more than 1500 students from different age groups and fitness levels. My goal has always been to help individuals improve their flexibility, strength, posture, and overall physical and mental well-being through the practice of yoga.

My teaching style focuses on creating a calm, supportive, and positive environment where every student feels comfortable and motivated to progress at their own pace. I especially enjoy helping beginners start their yoga journey while also assisting regular practitioners in deepening their practice.

I strongly believe that yoga is not just a form of exercise but a path to better health, mindfulness, and inner balance. Through my classes, I aim to help people incorporate yoga into their daily lives and experience lasting benefits for both body and mind.
