"I started yoga for my hubby ; he was parlysed; we did physiotherapy session also ; but when we start doing yoga; really I feel that instead of physiotherapy;yoga is best ;when we start yoga ; my hubby start sleep quietly, small changes in his behaviour and he feels positive . Even I also start yoga , before yoga class I was not confident doing asana of yoga and suryanamskar but after joining the yoga class I realised that it's very easy and beneficial for our health. "

She shows the assan which are suitable to our body also keeps in mind our weakness & strength of our body. ""I have been learning yoga at Shraddha for the last one year. I had a lot of back pain from a long time ago. But doing yoga every day has greatly reduced my back pain. "There are very few yoga instructors out there who are so sincere and dedicated to what they do and Shraddha is one of them. She is well acquainted about yoga and about the effect of various yoga exercises on improving our health. She customises exercises as per our needs, in case someone has back issues or pain in joint, she suggests exercises that helps alleviate the pain. She also takes variations in yoga, which makes it even more enjoyable and makes it a power packed calorie burning workout session.
