See the main problem arisen with most of the people is they think it things and speak to themselves in the mother tongue, but when you start talking to yourself in English, your English speaking skills will develop. The other way is to speak more often in English if not then start saying words in English. You will start learning and speaking in English in 15 days if you apply this way.
