I am a sincere and dedicated teacher, whose first step is to understand the mental makeup of each and every student separately. This is the key to building a successful teacher-student relationship. I ensure that the classes are interactive and at no point of time do I allow them to get monotonous or merely information download.
I take regular assessments to ensure the proper understanding of concepts covered, along with detailed analysis of development areas or each student. i provide personalized attention to students so that no one feels left out. This is why I prefer teaching in small groups or one on one.
In today's competitive world, it is very important for students to be relentless in their pursuit of learning and stay relevant at all times. Securing good marks is not the only goal of a student. How much practical information has been understood well and how that can be logically implemented would measure the true success of a teaching relationship. For all this to happen, it is very important to keep developing interest among students and by encouraging them to ask more and more questions.
