I have been in the training profession over the last 7 years trained adults and children on a variety of topics. Though I am a Certified Financial Planner by profession I have a passion for training. Designing and developing new modules and delivering the same is something that I thoroughly enjoy and I look forward to. I have always believed in the Practical School of Learning - certain skill sets that one needs to develop, to acquire, to be more precise master in order to be successful. And this is exactly what I specialize in - People Development Programs.

My audience is categorized into Children - Age Group 5-10 years, Age Group 10+ and Adults.

For Children I have an excellent program called the Foundation Maths Refresher Program which basically aims at making the child's base very strong in the initial years, eradicating the Maths Phobia and creating an interest and liking towards this subject only to benefit in the long run.

At the same time I work with them on their Reading and Writing skills, Sight Words, Blending Words and correct formation of alphabets.

My daughter who is in 7th standard completed the 15 week vedic math class. The teacher is throughly knowledgeable in what is being taught. Each topic was explained carefully to the student and there were many reviews to recap what was taught in earlier class. My daughter said that she did not use much of the technique in school yet. I think the parents need to reiterate to the child to use what was taught in vedic math so that they benefit from what was learned. The best part of joining this class is that the teacher is always available for you even after the sessions are over and the child gets to join a review class if there is any. Im looking forward to joining her in the advance session when she is ready.

Conduct workshops on Mental Multiplication of Tables up to 99, Just 1 Session of 1.5 Hour. Have a training experience of more than 7 years, previously worked with Don Bosco High School and then as a visiting faculty with several financial planning institutions, a Certified Financial Planner by qualification.

My audience is categorised into school students (Age 14+), college students and adults. Depending on their needs a program is designed to fit in the working areas as every individual has a unique personality and personality development in itself means workings on areas that we lack. So though there are certain topics that we work on, we try to get the changes in an individual's lifestyle making it permanent. The programme concentrates on a transition and transformation inside and outside, in attitude and appearance. Within a few sessions my students have witnessed positive changes which have made them more confident and flexible with no hang-ups and are more open to learn and implement new things. Sessions are spread on a weekly basis for 12 weeks, a 3 month programme.

I have been into the training profession for more than 7 years now and I specialize into a number of People Development Programmes, Daily English being one of them. This programme is a combination of English Conversation and English Grammar used in day to day life. The objective behind the programme is to make you comfortable in your day to day conversations, increase your confidence level and make you think in English and construct sentences and help you grow. The programme is spread over 18 to 24 sessions of 1 to 1.5 hours over a span of 2 - 3 months spread twice a week.

Vedic Maths Training

"I will recommend Sandhya as a teacher. She is very nice and kids like her teaching so much. She teaches each topic with lots of examples. Sending the kids to Vedic math is so good. Vedic math helps the kids to do additions, subtract ions, multiplication's , divisions, squares and cube roots so fast. After starting Vedic math i see how fast my daughter doing the math so fast. It helps them in their academics and competitive exams. My daughter takes the online Vedic classes with Sandhya . She is kid and parent friendly. "

Introducing Vedic Maths Basic Course
