In Patanjali Yoga Sutra.. Chapter 1... He talks about various obstacles or hurdles faced in Yoga such as Vyadhi, sthan, Saunshay, Pramad, Alaysya, Avirathi,Brhantidarshanama, Bhoomitatvani, Chitti Vikshepa te Antaraya... These are the few obstacles for a yoga that he should overcome like Disease,... ...more

Q.Why most of yoga Instructors stop practicing yoga for themselves ?

Yes... i Have seen some of my yoga instructor friends are so busy in teaching that they themselves have no time to teach.. it seems teaching is only their priority. Some say that as we teach yoga to students we also practice with them.. but i do not find it genuine.. a self practice is done alone... ...more
Yes... i Have seen some of my yoga instructor friends are so busy in teaching that they themselves have no time to teach.. it seems teaching is only their priority. Some say that as we teach yoga to students we also practice with them.. but i do not find it genuine.. a self practice is done alone where you learn and grow. Are they themselves are bored as they do not upgrade themselves to different styles of teaching. So everyone has some or the other reason I believe... PRACTICE AND PREACH...
