I am a passionate dance, yoga, and fitness instructor with over seven years of teaching experience. Over the years, I have worked with students of different age groups, helping them improve not only their physical fitness but also their confidence and overall well-being. Teaching for me is about creating a positive space where students feel comfortable learning, expressing themselves, and growing at their own pace.

I teach Bollywood dance, Ladies Sangeet choreography, yoga, and fitness-based workouts, including Bollywood workouts. My sessions are designed to be energetic, structured, and engaging, ensuring that students enjoy the learning process while steadily improving their skills and stamina. I strongly believe that movement should be both joyful and purposeful.

I hold a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga. I am also certified in Kathak dance, which has given me a strong foundation in classical technique and discipline. These qualifications help me blend traditional practices with modern fitness and dance styles in my teaching approach.

With experience teaching both kids and adults, I focus on maintaining a friendly and encouraging environment in every class. I make sure that students feel confident to try, make mistakes, and improve without hesitation. Personal attention and positive reinforcement are key elements of my teaching style.

I conduct classes in both online and offline modes, adapting my sessions to suit different learning environments. Whether teaching virtually or in person, I ensure clarity of instruction, proper demonstrations, and continuous motivation so that students remain engaged and consistent in their practice.

Over the years, I have received several awards, certificates, and recognitions for my work in Bollywood dance, Sangeet choreography, yoga, and fitness training. These acknowledgements reflect my dedication to teaching and my commitment to helping students achieve their personal goals.

My aim is to help learners develop strength, flexibility, rhythm, and confidence through movement. Watching students enjoy the process, improve their skills, and feel healthier and happier is what inspires me to continue growing as a teacher and guiding others on their fitness and dance journey.
