Both are completly different. B.Tech is Bachelor's degree (in Engineering) while MBA is masters degree(in Managment). Many engineers (B.tech guys) pursue MBA so that they can earn more money. Even many IIT B.tech graduates are willing to do MBA but they usualy go for IIMs.
It all depends on your choice and what you want to do in life. If the objective is to earn a lot then do MBA from good colleges like IIM. If you want to be a technical guy then do B.tech thats enough. if you want to become researcher do M.Tech/PhD. if yu want to open startup then just follow your dream.
