Spoken English and written English are slightly a different ball game. Knowing grammar is good, but what speaking needs is going with the flow and not translating everything in mind before speaking or not applying too many rules while speaking. When you talk about focus on the communication and the concept you wish to communicate rather than only grammar or technique. Best way to express is to start where you are and not waiting to be perfect!
