Try to consume English content as much as possible. Explore movies, tv shows and music. Find the type of content you like and then keep watching/listening to more of that. Start challenging yourself. For instance, learn the lyrics of some English songs that you like, sing along the song (rap would be even better). All of this will help, but the best solution is to find someone you can talk to, in English, regularly. It can be a new friend, a colleague or even a tutor.
