"Poonam is an expert and very professional Yoga teacher. I had recovered from an exceptional bone and joint medical condition where I was unable to walk for 3-4 weeks. Post that to get my muscles active, I started Yoga. Poonam was very punctual on time at 7am in the morning for me. She is patient and an expert teacher. She taught me all asanas and ensured I am able to do it correctly without causing me distress. Those months got my body back into active and flexible mode. Poonam is also very calm and smiling person which brings a lot of calm and positive energy to the activity. I would like to now repeat yet another program with her. I would certainly recommend her to those who are looking to have a consistent learning with Yoga Wishing her all the best ! "
