Dance

"This is the first time I am writing a review and I hate the fact that it's a negative one. Parmita had called to show interest in giving dance class to my kid after I put an enquiry on urban pro. It was decided that she would give 8 sessions in a month of 2 hours each to a batch of 2 kids in our society. It's been more than a month since she started and till now she's given only 3 classes! She took the entire amount for 8 sessions in advance on the third class stating that she would be giving us a card from URBANPRO which would have details of the sessions provided. After that she's not given a single class. She proactively never bothers to inform whether she's coming for class or not. We have to literally keep on chasing her to let us know whether she would be giving class on the days decided. And when I somehow manage to contact her, she has an excuse ready to not come for the class. Once her sister in law took the call and today her husband. Her husband said phone is not with her and banged the phone. I tried calling back to get her alternate contact details but then he did not take my call. She doesn't bother to reply on WhatsApp also now. I find this attitude really unprofessional and unacceptable. The kids are small so we requested her to give sessions of one hour only instead of 2 hours as it was too much for them and for this we did not even negotiate the fees. I request URBANPRO to take necessary action and consider this as a complaint against her. "
