Manish Negi - Yoga teacher from Rishikesh Uttarakhand

I am Manish Negi, a certified Yoga and Meditation instructor with over six years of teaching experience dedicated to helping individuals achieve better physical health, mental well-being, and a balanced lifestyle. I believe that yoga is much more than a form of exercise—it is a holistic practice that nurtures the body, mind, and soul. My goal is to help students build healthy habits, reduce stress, and experience the long-term benefits of regular yoga and meditation.

I have completed my Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and have successfully earned a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. This professional training has equipped me with in-depth knowledge of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation practices, body alignment, and holistic wellness. I continuously strive to enhance my knowledge so that I can provide safe, effective, and meaningful guidance to my students.

Over the years, I have worked with students of different age groups and fitness levels, helping them achieve a variety of wellness goals, including improving flexibility, increasing strength, managing stress, enhancing fitness, and developing mindfulness. I understand that every individual has unique physical abilities and personal objectives, so I tailor my sessions to meet each student's specific needs and ensure steady, sustainable progress.

My teaching approach focuses on creating a calm, supportive, and motivating environment where students feel comfortable learning at their own pace. I guide students through yoga postures with proper alignment and breathing techniques while emphasising the importance of consistency and mindful practice. Along with physical exercises, I incorporate meditation and relaxation techniques that help reduce anxiety, improve concentration, and promote inner peace.

I conduct offline yoga sessions that encourage personal interaction and individual attention. My classes are designed to improve overall fitness, posture, balance, flexibility, and mental clarity while helping students develop a deeper connection with themselves. Whether someone is a beginner starting their yoga journey or an experienced practitioner looking to refine their practice, I ensure that every session is engaging, safe, and beneficial.

My mission is to inspire people to embrace a healthier and more balanced lifestyle through the practice of yoga and meditation. I believe that a healthy body and a peaceful mind form the foundation of a happy and fulfilling life. Through patience, encouragement, and dedicated guidance, I aim to empower every student to build confidence, improve their well-being, and experience the transformative benefits of yoga in their everyday life.
