The method of meditation is systematic i.e. it works on the three layers of a human being namely body, mind (including emotional self) and the soul. Its good for everybody. Anybody can practice it and its very simple to practice it. Anyone who would like to have peaceful space within themselves in this hectic day to day life can come and start meditating "the integral way". ----- BIKRAM."
