I’m a yoga instructor currently pursuing MSC in Yoga. Im certified in Hatha yoga, ashtanga yoga and pregnancy yoga. Yoga is not just a fitness form but the Amrit of overall health and wellbeing. All of us seek peace and happiness around us but yoga has helped me find that place of serenity within myself. Yoga, when done right, doesn’t just fix your physical form but it makes you an epicenter of positivity. As a yoga instructor, I enjoy teaching creative, strong, and fun yoga flows. I believe in teaching a well-rounded yoga practice that involves conscious breathing with movement, strength, and flexibility drills along with space for meditation, introspection, and complete relaxation. I wish to share the knowledge I have gained while diving into the depths of yoga to help my clients find fitness, peace, and renewed vigour in themselves.
