I am an experienced and qualified yoga teacher with over 5 years of experience in the yoga field. I specialize in various types of yoga, such as therapeutic yoga, hatha yoga, traditional yoga, Iyengar yoga, ashtanga yoga, and power yoga. Throughout my journey, I have assisted numerous students in overcoming spinal issues, achieving their ideal weight, and conquering lifestyle disorders.

I hold a double degree, including a PGD in Yoga and an MA in Yogacharya, from the world capital of yoga, Rishikesh. My background in engineering and science allows me to provide a holistic approach to yoga, focusing not only on physical health but also on mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

In 2022, I was honored with the Atal National Award for my positive contributions to society through yoga. We can help students gain a deep understanding of this ancient science, ultimately enhancing their overall health and well-being.
