I have been practicing yoga for last 14years and teaching since last 12 years. I have experienced amajor lifestyle change in myself and in my studentsdue to yoga. The most prominent change is being able to achieve peace of mind in all situations. Increased immunity to diseases, body toning, weight loss, high energy levels are some other positive changes achieved. I would like to reach out to more number of students and help them achieve that.
