I am a South Indian, residing in Mumbai for many years. While I had a smattering knowledge of Marathi, picked up over the years, I had no formal training in the language. Seized with the immense urge to learn this beautiful language, I approached urban pro and got introduced to my new teacher Ms Deepti Kadu. We started lessons over Skype and from day one, Dipti infused in me an overwhelming interest in the Marathi language. Sincere to the core, Dipti took abundant interest in me and came up with interesting lessons that kindled my appetite for more. She has the wonderful knack of teaching a non-Marathi speaking person like me and an ability to sustain my interest in the language. She took personal interest in me and even took me for the movie Sairat! I highly recommend Dipti as a very good teacher with enormous patience. My interest in the Marathi language has grown multi fold.
