Hi! I’m Deep Chavan, a passionate yoga instructor with over 5 years of experience, dedicated to helping people lead healthier, more balanced lives through the practice of yoga and holistic wellness. My journey into yoga started from a place of deep personal interest, and over the years, it has grown into a full-time profession I truly cherish.

I have completed an Intermediate Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC – 500 hours) and a certification in Ayurvedic Diet & Nutrition, allowing me to integrate traditional yogic practices with modern-day dietary wisdom. My sessions are designed to create harmony between the body, mind, and lifestyle.

Currently, I am pursuing a three-year Bachelor’s Degree in Yoga (BA in Yoga), with one year remaining to completion. This continuous learning helps me stay updated with both academic and practical aspects of yoga, enhancing the depth of knowledge I bring to my classes.

I have worked as a freelance yoga trainer, offering sessions to individuals, groups, and even in schools, where I focus on age-appropriate techniques and breathing practices to help students build focus, flexibility, and emotional balance. I also have testimonials from clients who’ve experienced transformation in health and well-being through my classes.

My specialization lies in conducting online classes only, making it convenient for working professionals, students, and homemakers to attend from the comfort of their homes. Whether it’s general fitness, stress relief, or therapeutic yoga, I ensure each session is tailored to individual needs and progress.

While I don’t use PPTs or presentations, I focus on live, interactive sessions, where demonstration, correction, and personalized feedback take center stage. My teaching is rooted in consistency, mindfulness, and awareness, ensuring that every student feels supported throughout their yoga journey.
