I am a International Yoga Therapist giving online yoga classes and therapeutic yoga sessions. I have degree in Yoga and Naturopathy. I tailor the classes based on each attendee’s needs.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 12 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.
I avail myself to continuous philosophical education from various spiritual disciplines, I weave thought-provoking meditations throughout my classes, applying ancient wisdom to our contemporary western world in a useful and understandable way. I encourage growth of the physical and spiritual self, citing the interconnectedness to each other, to the world and to the universe at large
