For the past seven years, I've immersed myself in the practice and teaching of yoga and meditation, fostering a deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. My journey into this transformative discipline began in 2015, and since then, I've dedicated myself to sharing its profound benefits with others.

My teaching approach centers around personalized instruction, offering both one-on-one sessions and group classes to accommodate different preferences and needs. Whether guiding individuals through personalized sessions or leading group classes at yoga centers, I strive to create a supportive and nurturing environment where students can explore and deepen their practice.

In addition to teaching at established yoga centers, I also provide home training for those seeking the convenience and privacy of practicing in their own space. Through these sessions, I tailor the practice to each individual's unique goals and abilities, ensuring a personalized and effective experience.

While my primary focus is on practical sessions that combine yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation techniques, I do not offer traditional lecture-style classes. Instead, I believe in the power of experiential learning, guiding students through mindful movement and meditation practices that cultivate inner peace, balance, and vitality.

Whether conducted offline or online, each session typically lasts between 45 minutes to one hour, allowing for a comprehensive and immersive experience. While I do not provide formal assessments or tests, I do offer live sessions where students can receive real-time guidance, feedback, and support.

Ultimately, my aim as a yoga and meditation teacher is to empower individuals to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation.
