Teaching Experience in detail in Guitar Classes
I am Arv Bhatt, a guitarist and musician. I have been teaching guitar and music for the past 15+ years and have been working professionally for more than a decade in the music field. In this span of time, I have taught 2,000+ students across different cities and abroad, including workshops. As a working musician, I did my first rock album called 'INSENSITIVE' back in 2014 with my band, which was the first rock album of Central India. Later, I was cast in movies like 'Satyagraha' and 'Marilyn Lights' and recorded a few singles for different government and corporate projects, in which I got to work with some of the country’s best-known artists. Alongside these projects, I have been fortunate enough to judge a number of national and state-level music competitions, have been doing guitar arrangements for a number of indie singles for different artists, and have done some work on YouTube, which got me millions of views (on an original source of content) and wide audience appreciation. Regarding teaching, I like to keep it simple, engaging, and more practical, unlike our typical education system.

"Arv sir changed my game!! Lessons with him are the best thing to happen to my guitar journey!! I recommend sessions with him to anyone who is serious about their guitar playing. Most importantly he plays everything that he talks about!! practically every music genre!, he is perfect in practical guitar playing as well as theory, he also embodies the spirit of a true session guitarist. Along with building my Musical and Guitar skills, he also elevated my temperament and approach to the instrument! Don't look further, he is THE one! I have interacted with numerous online, offline & International instructors, his quality is second to none!! "

"I am extremely satisfied with the guitar classes I am taking with Arv. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about teaching, and what I appreciate most is his strong emphasis on learning the fundamentals correctly rather than simply teaching students to play a few songs using chords. Arv believes that building a strong foundation is essential for long-term growth as a guitarist, and his teaching reflects that philosophy. He pays close attention to even the smallest details, such as the picking-hand position, how to hold the pick, finger placement on the fretboard, and, particularly, the position of the thumb. He makes sure that students understand and develop proper technique from the beginning, which I believe is crucial for progressing to more advanced playing in the future. The exercises he has assigned me are already helping me build finger strength, improve speed, and develop greater confidence while playing. I also appreciate that he encourages understanding the why behind what we do, rather than just asking us to follow instructions. I have asked him many questions, ranging from music theory topics such as time signatures and their denominators to practical questions about pinky placement while playing melodies and the positioning of the left-hand thumb and fingers for cleaner, faster playing. He has been very patient in answering my questions and explaining the concepts, including my follow-up questions. Another thing I really appreciate is his commitment to making each lesson meaningful. Rather than abruptly ending a class simply because the scheduled time is up, he tries to bring the lesson to a logical conclusion by finishing the topic being discussed. This shows that he genuinely cares about his students’ understanding and learning experience. Overall, Arv is an excellent guitar teacher for anyone who wants to learn guitar properly, develop good technique, understand the fundamentals of music, and build skills that will last a lifetime. I am a very satisfied student and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and detail-oriented guitar instructor. "
