"Extremely unprofessional. Not teaching in right manner and not even pointing out mistakes if wrongly done. Frequent holiday’s taken by teacher which is surprising. Extreme Rude Behaviour with Parents which is unacceptable. Payment is taken for 1hr daily and teaching hours only 45mins-50mins. Have taken >10-15 days leave in June still not given refund ( when asked to leave ) and have blocked our calls and no response on mobile. Earlier months atleast 3-4 leaves per month even after Sunday Sunday being holiday. All Bank holidays taken over and above. Have never seen such approach atleast by professional teachers who is running away with people’s hard earned money and not having courtesy to respond. Extremely disappointing ! Thanks UrbanPro team as I have realised that I have done biggest mistake by recruiting on this platform. This is really dangerous as we don’t know background of people and just blindly trusting. "
