I have done different types of courses and have 10 years of experience in nutrition and training. I also used to compete in bodybuilding competitions from the international association IFBB.

I have completed my personal trainer course and also completed my nutrition course. I have special populations certification. I have 10 years of good experience and also have good transformations. I can make a proper progressive overload program that helps you to increase your muscle mass. I can also teach function training in home and also have knowledge about CrossFit and workout with TRX band
