I provide Personal Training in Boxing and Meditation, with 4 years of experience helping clients improve their fitness, strength, and overall well-being. My focus is on delivering structured and result-oriented training programs tailored to individual goals, whether it is fat loss, stamina building, or mental relaxation.

I have completed my 12th PUC and have developed my practical expertise through hands-on training experience and continuous self-learning in fitness and boxing techniques. Over the years, I have successfully guided many students who have achieved visible fat-loss results and significantly improved their fitness levels through disciplined workout routines and consistent support.

My training methodology includes step-by-step structured workout plans designed according to each client’s fitness level and objectives. I conduct boxing drills with proper technique correction to ensure safe and effective practice. My programs are highly focused on fat-loss routines, strength building, endurance enhancement, and overall body conditioning.

In addition to physical training, I also provide meditation sessions that help improve focus, reduce stress, and support mental well-being. I offer basic diet guidance suggestions to complement workout plans and ensure better results. Regular progress tracking helps students stay motivated and monitor their improvements.

I conduct both online and offline sessions. My classes are energetic, disciplined, and designed to keep students motivated, consistent, and goal-oriented. My aim is to help clients transform not only their bodies but also their confidence and mindset.
