She can learn at institute or by online. If she has time prob or she is a beginner ,then initially she should learn individually by online. Its inexpensive but very effective. Then she should join an institute. Thank you.

Please don't get any online acting course; it will not work as acting can't be taught online. Someone can give some tips only, which you can read online also. Thanks!

If acting is one's instinctive virtue, he/she should never spend money in an institute. Better to spend the money with a talented working Director for being in a short film or playing a focused character matched to him/her. The destiny then surely will show the path of success. Best of luck.
