Hi, I’m Simmy, and I have 1 year of experience in providing home tuition for Science and Environmental Studies (EVS) for Class 6 to 8 and Biology for Class 9 to 12. I hold a Graduation in Biochemistry Honors and a Master’s in Disaster Management, and I’ve also cleared the NET in Environmental Science. My background allows me to bring in-depth knowledge and a practical understanding of environmental and biological concepts to my teaching.

Despite being new to formal teaching, my academic journey has fueled my passion for educating others. I’ve always been fascinated by how biological systems work and the importance of environmental science, and I strive to share this passion with my students. I believe that when students develop a genuine interest in what they’re learning, the process becomes enjoyable and fulfilling.

I prefer to conduct online classes to reach students in a convenient and flexible way. With the advent of digital learning tools, I find that online sessions allow for more interactive and engaging lessons, where students can participate in real-time discussions and activities. I also encourage students to ask questions freely, helping them understand concepts better.

My teaching approach is centered around an interactive lesson plan, where I integrate the school syllabus with interesting examples and real-life applications of the subject matter. I aim to create a classroom environment that fosters critical thinking and problem-solving, helping students develop a deeper understanding of Science and Biology.

For each lesson, I prepare a PPT that highlights the key concepts and ensures clarity in explanations. Visual aids are a powerful tool for learning, and I make sure to incorporate them into my lessons to make the content more digestible. Students will have access to these PPTs and other learning materials to help them revise and retain what they've learned.

I provide notes and PPTs for each topic, allowing students to revisit the material whenever necessary. These resources act as a useful study guide, especially during exam time. I believe in reinforcing learning by encouraging students to review the material multiple times to improve their retention and understanding.

My ultimate goal is to help students excel in their studies and develop a genuine interest in Science and Biology. I am committed to guiding them through challenging topics and ensuring they feel confident in their ability to perform well academically.
