Which is better, the Oracle DBA cert with C# or MS SQL Server 2012 with C#?

MS sql server and C# both belongs to same corporation thus have great compatibility and security threats. with Oracle DBA cert needed extra configuration and extra work for developer to create security levels.

How to refresh knowledge of .Net,SOL.. I have done GNIIT course from NIIT in MIS track. There I have learnt .Net Crystal Reports,SQL. Now I am not using .Net Crystal Reports and SQL in my current profile of my JOB. Because of some reason I am working in operations and not in IT. I again want to move back to IT. So I want to develop those skills which I have learnt it earlier. Compare to earlier now the versions are changed... I need an advise from Teachers & Trainers.
I think if U Interested in IT Sector again then u should be take training in your interested field and make strong mind to work in this way....
