Finally create the structure in SQL Server DB - tables with metrics in appropriate data types, you might see difference between data type of Access and SQL Server DB. Define relationship using appropriate constraints. Once you are ready with DB structure, use SSIS to transfer the existing data from MS Access to newly created tables. read less

As you are strong and interested in SQL, why not to choose ETL Testing? It has a good career ahead in data projects. To survive in the market, you need both Oracle & SQL Server. Actually, both are almost same but are different products.

I have completed my BSc (CS) and post that I have wroked for Infosys Bpo (1.5 Years) and after that I made a mistake and joined an institute and started working on Biometric system and its been around 3years. Now I find no growth here and I want to switch back to an MNC, and I get interview calls but when they come to know that I am working in an institute then they dont call back. Now I am totally confused what to do.
Now you should be learn a new technology then u can switch in new field. in case of Database if u interested then u can learn BASIC OF SQL SERVER n then Advance MS SQL SERVER then u can switch in database like a DBA successfully.
