After the update released by Microsoft Excel in 2010, it has introduced some new and cool features to deal with the Big Data. - One-click to select all: We all know how to select all by using ctrl+A, but there is a small-sized button on the top left of the cell. BY clicking on it, you can select all the data at once. - Open Excel Files in Bulk: When you're working with various files, it is a time-consuming task to open one by one. Instead, in the new feature, you can open all the files by selecting the files and clicking on the enter button. - Shifting between different files: When you're working with various projects at the same time, you'll have a problem with shifting between the files. For this, you can use ctrl+tab. This is going to make t easier for you to shift between the files so that you do not mess up anything. - Creating a shortcut menu: Generally, there are three basic shortcuts in Excel- save, undo typing and repeat typing. But, if you want to customize it by adding your own shortcuts, like copy and paste, then you have the liberty of doing that as well. These are some of the shortcuts you can consider; there are hundreds of other shortcuts as well. read less
