Yes, you can learn majority of the Excel functions in 5 days but that will depend on the time you spent. If you spend 8 hours a day, just 3 days to 4 days are enough.

Yes, It is possible. But only if you cover the useful features like countif/countifs..sumif/sumifs subtotal, match-index lookup, conditional formating etc even basics of vba can help.
