Press Ctrl Alt + F11 and check the code. Put a button on the sheet assessing this though macro. Now you have the first macro button. Now you can start assigning small tasks. For example, you could try to accomplish these with macros. Check the first 100 rows and delete the rows which have 'deleteme' text in their first cells. Put five shapes on the sheet. When you select that particular button, your macro would be painted red. All these processes might make it a bit difficult to find the correct way of doing something "specific". An Excel Software for POS, with following functionalities:

  1. It should have an "Open List" for capturing product related information.
  2. It should have automatic bill numbering
  3. It should have Printable bill
  4. It should have a customer database form and recording
