It depends on what type of knee problem you are facing. Usually, at this age, Knee problem occurs primarily due to lack of Vitamin D and which should not be taken lightly. You may do Yoga for fitness and weight Loss though it would need some exercises which might impact your knee health. First, you need to visit an Orthopaedic to recover from the Knee Problem, and during these sessions, you may do light yoga that your yoga instructor might guide you regarding the same. Most importantly, if you will be having issues with your knee while doing some Asanas, avoid doing those.
