Which is better, a hybrid or native approach for mobile app development?

Always Native. Hybrid is kind of running a website inside a Mobile frame. So it will be slow, unreliable, less likely to take loads, will have performance issues in future 100%. Also google does not recommend Hybrid apps much, so always go for native.
