1. Macro Is the peace of code or recorded steps of user activity whereas VBA(Visual Basic For Application) is a programming language. 2. Excel Macros are recorded in VBA so we can say that VBA is a wider term which includes macros. 3. In MS-Office, User can do the programming in two different ways a. Record Macro. b. Write code by themselves. 4. If user record or write code in MS-Office, language would be same i.e is VBA 5. While writing the VBA code, if the user forgot a piece of code then he/she quickly record a macro for that code and use it into their code. And it runs perfectly. read less
