Should be welworth in Logic development, good communication skills, real applications of the functions provided by Microsoft, should never get angry with the participants, teaching profession should never be seen for making more money, it will automatically. he/she must have mastery in his subject. Should be able to answer all the questions put forward by the participants, question asked must be immediately answered, one should never say that if will be answered in the next session, that never happens. Good trainer should write his own documentation for the subject he has mastery in. Trainer should use concept of Action research while teaching. read less
