Excel, with its desktop-based architecture, is better equipped for extensive datasets and complex calculations. It shines in analyzing massive amounts of data. In contrast, Google Sheets, being cloud-based, may encounter performance limitations with extremely large datasets.

An Excel Software for POS, with following functionalities:

  1. It should have an "Open List" for capturing product related information.
  2. It should have automatic bill numbering
  3. It should have Printable bill
  4. It should have a customer database form and recording
  5. It should take not more than 30 minutes of training to learn and operate
