An Excel Software for POS, with following functionalities:

  1. It should have an "Open List" for capturing product related information.
  2. It should have automatic bill numbering
  3. It should have Printable bill
  4. It should have a customer database form and recording
  5. It should take not more than 30 minutes of training to learn and operate

I have completed MBA in Finance and operation and have done SAP MM consultant training after 5 yrs of working experience in the sap mm domain. I think you should go with Project Management. You can do certification courses like PMI-PBA(PMI professional In Business Analysis) or Portfolio management. These specialised courses will give you an edge over others.
