Hi Madhu, You have asked a generic question. So I will try to cover some basic info. you can create 'n' number of rows in MS Excel. To add a row to your table or your excel sheet , Click on the row number and click 'Insert Row'. That is it. Enjoy..!!

Hi Madhu, You can insert as many rows as you can as excel supports more then a million rows (but with a limit mentioned by Expert Suresh Kumar)
