For Medical entrance examination, more than sixty percent selections are dropper student because of it's lengthy syllabus of Biology and tricky questions of Physics where students of mathematics background excel. In Chemistry both engineering and medical students have same level of difficulty. In 12th Physics,Chemistry bio has equal weightage while in Medical Entrance Biology is 50 percentage (Other than AIIMS where all three has equal weightage). In my opinion students should divide their self study time in 9:6:5 for Biology,Physics and Chemistry i.e 45 % for Biology, 30 % for Physics and 25% fro Chemistry. Following things should be done in terms of proper planning 1. Complete your whole syllabus of NEET on or before October 2017. 2. Start writing paper for Part syllabus (Ideally One third of complete Syllabus) similar to NEET Pattern for minimum 12 papers(4 Papers of Each) and revising your concepts in the month of November and December. 3.Strat writing full Syllabus Papers of 11th and 12th individually (Minimum 3 of each) and 4 full syllabus Papers of full NEET syllabus in the month of January. 4.After January try to write one paper on each alternate day till examination and revise whole syllabus three to four times before real examination. Some of my students follow above strategy and they not even topped in state level medical examinations in the past but even excelled in All India PMT and even AIIMS. wish you all the best for your examination. read less

NEET requires self study of 6-8 Hours every day. The best approach is therefore to only look at quality of teacher. Location does not matter.
