First, go through the fundamentals from NCERT, then cover the syllabus exhaustively emphasising on conceptual clarity rather than rote learning. In later stages, join Test series and MOCK Tests to ensure optimum chances of success.

Dear Neha follow NCERT properly and side by side you should solve topic wise last yesrs questions... I must say you should also take a test series to evaluate yourself with others students... You can also opt for Test and Discussion Series of Oasis.....
